1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In the frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the pan and sauté until they are tender.
4. In the mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper until they are well combined.
5. Stir the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
6. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
7. Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.
8. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
