Ingredients
1/2 cup Dragon's Breath Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1 lime
2 chicken thighs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups crunchy cabbage and carrot coleslaw
4 thick slices of hearty bread
Cooking Utensils

Two forks
Spreading knife

Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the dragon's breath hot sauce, honey and lime juice. Stir to combine.
2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until they're browned on all sides and cooked through. This should take about 6-8 minutes.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool. Once it's cool, shred the chicken with two forks.
5. Spread a generous amount of the shredded chicken on one side of the hearty bread slice.
6. Top with the crunchy cabbage and carrot coleslaw, then add another slice of bread on top.
7. Repeat with remaining ingredients, you should have enough to make two hefty sandwiches.
