Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add in the diced onions, and sautee until translucent.
3. Add in the diced fire and ice dragon peppers, cooking until they begin to soften.
4. Add in your trio of meats, stirring until the meats are browned and fully cooked.
5. Stir in the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
6. Pour in the beef broth, adding in the dried thyme, salt, and pepper for additional flavor.
7. Mix the cornstarch and the water in a separate bowl until combined, then stir into the cooking pan. Bring the mixture to a boil.
8. Once the mixture thickens, take it out of the heat and let it cool.
9. Once cooled, lay out your first pie crust into the pie pan. Pour the stew into your prepared pie crust.
10. Cover the pie delicately with the second pie crust. Seal the edges using a fork or your fingers.
11. Cut a few slits into the top crust to let steam escape while cooking. Use a pastry brush to brush the egg wash over the top of the crust.
12. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden. Let it cool before serving, and enjoy the fiery and chilly flavors of this Fire and Ice Pie, a perfectly balanced meal fitting for inhabitants of Westeros.
