Ingredients
8 cups of water
4 bags of herbal tea (chamomile or mint work well)
1 lemon
1 tbsp of honey (or to taste)
8 sprigs of fresh mint

Instructions
1. Begin by bringing the 8 cups of water to a boil on the stove in your large pot.
2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the 4 herbal tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.
3. Zest the lemon and add the zest to the pot, stirring it into the water.
4. Squeeze the juice from half the lemon into the pot as well. Be careful to avoid getting any seeds in your pot.
5. Add the honey to the pot and stir until it is fully dissolved.
6. Let the tea cool for a while before pouring it into tea cups. Each cup gets a sprig of mint for garnish.
7. Enjoy your Gillywater Herbal Infusion! It's best enjoyed while reading a magical book or after a thrilling game of Quidditch.
