Ingredients
A whole chicken (around 4 lbs)
1 head of garlic
2 medium onions
1 bunch of fresh rosemary
1 orange
2 cups of honey
2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of chicken broth

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In the roasting pan, place the whole chicken.
3. Cut the head of garlic into two halves and place it inside the chicken along with the whole bunch of rosemary.
4. Cut the onions and orange into quarters and place them inside and around the chicken.
5. In a bowl, mix together the honey, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Rub it all over the chicken.
6. Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
7. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1,5 hours, or until the chicken's internal temperature is 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). For browning the top, you can briefly switch to the grill function in the last 10 minutes.
8. Let the chicken rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
9. Serve the Golden Dragon's Feast to your guests and enjoy the taste of a succulent chicken with a sweet and savory glaze.
