Ingredients

  1. 4 wyvern steaks (can substitute with 4 beef steaks)

  2. 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  3. 1 tablespoon of rosemary

  4. 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  5. Salt & black pepper to taste

  6. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  7. 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes

Cooking Utensils

  1. Grill or Grill Pan

  2. Tongs

  3. Cutting board

  4. Knife

  5. Mixing Bowl

Instructions

1. Prepare the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper flakes.

3. Rub this mixture onto both sides of the steaks, ensuring each is well-coated with it.

4. Let the steaks marinate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper.

6. Place the steaks on the preheated grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until the desired level of doneness is reached.

7. Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
