Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time and then add the vanilla extract, mixing to incorporate.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with Buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir in the shredded apples.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze:
1. Combine the powdered sugar, Mithril milk (regular milk with silver food coloring), and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Gently heat in a small saucepan over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Once the cake is cool, drizzle the Mithril glaze over the top. Let it set before serving. Enjoy the rich flavors of your Mithril Spice Cake.
