2 lbs Dragon Steak (You can use beef steak as dragon meat might be hard to come across.)
1 tbsp Phoenix Pepper Flakes (Substitute with red pepper flakes)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 sprig of rosemary, chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup red wine
2 tbsp butter
Cooking Utensils
Grill or large pan
Tongs
Mixing bowl
Knife
Cutting board
Instructions
1. Take the Dragon steak and season it with the phoenix pepper flakes, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Let the steak marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Preheat the grill or pan over high heat. Drizzle the olive oil over the grill or pan.
3. Place the steak on the grill or pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium-rare steak. Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred level of doneness.
4. Once the steak is cooked, remove it from the grill or pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
5. In the same grill or pan, pour the red wine, scraping the bottom to deglaze. Allow the alcohol to cook off for a minute.
6. Add butter and stir until it's fully melted and mixed in the wine reduction.
7. Pour this sauce over the rested steak.
8. Cut the steak into slices and serve while hot.
