Ingredients
500g ground lamb
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 large tortilla wraps
1 tablespoon dragon spice blend (combination of paprika, ground cayenne pepper, dried oregano, ground coriander)
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
200g feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Greek tzatziki sauce for drizzling

Instructions
1. Use your knife and cutting board to chop the red bell pepper and onion, and mince the garlic.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant.
5. Add the ground lamb to the skillet and cook, breaking it up into crumbles, until it is browned.
6. Add the red bell pepper and cook until it has softened, about 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the dragon spice blend over the meat and vegetable mixture. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper.
8. Layer each tortilla wrap with spinach leaves and crumbled feta cheese. Spoon the lamb mixture onto the tortilla and top with a drizzle of tzatziki sauce and a sprinkle of lemon juice.
9. Fold the tortilla wrap, tucking in the ends to secure all the filling, and serve your Dragon's Fire Wrap.
