Ingredients

  1. 2 ripe peaches

  2. 1 cup blueberries

  3. 1 cup strawberries

  4. 1 cup raspberries

  5. 3 tablespoons honey

  6. Mint leaves for garnish

  7. 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

  8. 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

Cooking Utensils

  1. Knife

  2. Cutting board

  3. Large mixing bowl

  4. Zester or fine grater

  5. Juicer

  6. Spoons for mixing and serving

Instructions

1. Rinse all the fruits thoroughly under cold water.

2. Dice the peaches into small cubes. Add them to the large bowl.

3. Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Add them to the bowl.

4. Add the blueberries and raspberries to the same bowl.

5. Zest 1 teaspoon of the lemon. Add zest to the mixed fruits.

6. Squeeze the juice of the lemon (around 2 tablespoons) into the fruit mixture.

7. Drizzle the honey over the fruits.

8. Gently toss the fruits until they are mixed together and coated with the honey and lemon.

9. Garnish with fresh mint leaves right before serving.

10. Once prepared, keep it chilled until it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
