Ingredients
4 cups of water
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lavender flowers
4 blackberries
4 lemon slices
Carbonated water, as needed
Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar. Over medium heat, stir until the sugar is entirely dissolved.
2. Add the lavender flowers to the pan and stir them into the sugar solution. Leave the mixture until it comes to a boil.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat once it boils and let it sit for a few minutes, letting the lavender steep and flavor the syrup.
4. Next, strain the syrup through a fine strainer to remove the lavender flowers. Wait for the syrup to cool down.
5. Mix together the remaining 2 cups of water and lemon juice to make a simple lemonade.
6. For each serving, pour an equal portion of the lavender syrup, lemonade into a glass.
7. Add ice cubes, a splash of carbonated water for an added fizz, garnish with a blackberry and a slice of lemon.
8. Serve and enjoy!
