Ingredients
1 kg of beef stew meat
2 tablespoons of oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
2 cups of white mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 cup of red wine
3 cups of beef broth
2 teaspoons of dried thyme
2 teaspoons of dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup of frozen peas
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.
4. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
5. Add the carrots and mushrooms to the pot and cook for another few minutes.
6. Stir in the tomato paste.
7. Return the beef to the pot. Pour in the red wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
8. Add the beef broth, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Let the stew simmer for about an hour.
9. Add the chopped potatoes to the stew and let it cook for another 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
10. Stir in the frozen peas and let the stew simmer for another 5 minutes.
11. Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy this hearty meal after a long day of adventuring in the frozen landscapes of Narnia.
