Ingredients

  1. 500g of lean beef, cubed

  2. 3 large carrots, chopped

  3. 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  4. 2 large onions, chopped

  5. 2 large potatoes, chopped

  6. 500ml of beef broth

  7. 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  8. 1 teaspoon of thyme

  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Utensils

  1. Large stockpot

  2. Wooden spoon

  3. Chef’s knife

  4. Cutting board

Instructions

1. Gather your ingredients and prepare your cooking utensils.

2. Cut up the lean beef into bite-sized cubes.

3. Clean and chop your vegetables. Make sure the carrots, onions, and potatoes are all roughly the same size.

4. Warm up your large stockpot over medium heat, then add in the olive oil.

5. Add the beef to the pot and brown it on all sides.

6. Remove the beef and set it to the side. In the same pot, add in your chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until they become translucent.

7. Put the beef back into the pot, and then add chopped potatoes, carrots, thyme, and beef broth. Stir well.

8. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.

9. Bring the stew to a simmer, cover the pot and let it cook for about 2 hours.

10. Check if the potatoes and carrots are tender. If they are, your wildfire stew is ready.

11. Serve hot and enjoy an authentic taste of Westeros!
