Ingredients
2 pounds of beef stew meat
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
5 large carrots, sliced into chunks
5 medium potatoes, sliced into chunks
4 cups of beef stock
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
1. First, heat the vegetable oil in a large cooking pot over medium heat.
2. Add the beef stew meat to the pot, season it with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides. Remove the meat from the pot and set it aside.
3. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
4. Return the beef to the pot, adding the carrots, potatoes, and beef stock.
5. Mix in the paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir everything together to ensure it's well mixed.
6. Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low. Allow the stew to simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
7. Once the beef is tender, taste the stew and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
8. Finally, ladle the stew into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your Dragonfire Stew!
