Ingredients
4 golden apples
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cinnamon stick
4 cups of water
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
1. Rinse the golden apples and lemon under water.
2. Using the knife and cutting board, chop the apples into quarters and remove the core.
3. Cut the lemon into halves.
4. Put apples, lemon and water into the pot.
5. Add the honey and cinnamon stick.
6. Over medium heat, bring the pot to a boil.
7. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
8. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
9. Once cooled, use a juicer or blender to blend the mixture until smooth.
10. Use the fine strainer to remove any leftover pulp, ensuring a smooth beverage.
11. Pour the beverage into glasses filled with ice cubes.
12. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.
13. Serve and enjoy the refreshing taste of Cair Paravel's Golden Ambrosia.
